To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the email address you signed up with, your device and OS version, the app version (Settings → About), and a description of the problem. Screenshots are welcome.
We typically respond within a few business days.
2. Send feedback from the app
In the app, go to Settings → Support to send feedback or report a bug. You can attach screenshots to help us understand the issue.
3. Common topics
Sign-in: OurFolio uses email or Apple/Google sign-in. If a verification code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and try again.
Uploads: Large photos and videos may need to finish downloading from iCloud before they can be uploaded. Keep the app open on a stable connection while uploads complete.
Sharing & groups: Posts are visible only to the groups you choose. The group owner controls who can see each post.
Subscriptions & billing: Purchases and renewals are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
4. Account & data deletion
You can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account, or by email. For details on what is deleted and retained, see our Account & Data Deletion page (https://our-folio.com/delete-account).
