Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 2026-06-27
TurnPointLabs (the “Company”) operates OurFolio (the “Service”) with a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards explain how we prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other forms of child endangerment on the Service.
1. Zero-tolerance commitment
We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form on the Service. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to use the Service to harm a minor.
These standards apply to all users and all content, regardless of visibility scope or sharing group.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not create, upload, store, share, request, or link to any material that sexually exploits or endangers a minor, including CSAM and content that sexualizes, depicts, or encourages the abuse of a person under 18.
You may not use the Service to contact, groom, or solicit a minor, to facilitate harm to a minor, or to share a minor’s personal information for exploitative purposes.
3. Reporting and feedback
Any user can report content or behavior that may endanger a child. You can report directly within the app or contact our child safety team at the email below. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
We encourage users to report immediately and, where appropriate, to also notify local law enforcement.
4. Our response and enforcement
When we become aware of CSAE, we act quickly. Depending on the case, we may remove the offending content, suspend or permanently ban the responsible accounts, preserve relevant information, and restrict access to features.
We take these actions to protect users, investigate abuse, and comply with law.
5. CSAM handling and legal compliance
We remove confirmed CSAM and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authorities in the applicable jurisdiction, as required by law.
We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations.
6. Age requirement
The Service is not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum age described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If we learn that an underage user has created an account without appropriate consent, we may remove the account.
