Subscription Terms
Last updated: 2026-06-27
These Subscription Terms apply to paid plans (Premium, Pro) for OurFolio.
1. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are optional paid plans billed through the App Store or Google Play according to the plan, country, currency, taxes, and billing period shown before purchase. Store terms also apply. Prices shown in the Service are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
A payment by a minor (under 19) must be made with the consent of a legal guardian; a payment made without such consent may be canceled by the guardian.
2. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal, or within the deadline shown by the store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the app or deleting your OurFolio account may not automatically cancel an active store subscription. You should cancel through the store to stop future billing. If the price increases, we give notice at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not agree to the new price.
3. Paid features and limits
Paid tiers may increase limits on posts, items per post, and video duration, and may provide higher-quality progressive MP4 playback for eligible videos where available. Free tiers may rely on lower-resolution preview playback for some videos.
Plan limits are enforced by the Service and may change for future billing periods. If you exceed a limit after downgrade, some new uploads or paid features may be restricted until your usage fits the active plan.
4. Trials, promotions, and entitlement sync
Trials, discounts, or promotions may be offered through the stores and may be subject to additional conditions. Subscription status may be verified through RevenueCat, App Store, Google Play, or similar entitlement systems.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Under Korea’s Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw your subscription within 7 days of the payment date. However, withdrawal may be limited where you have been supplied with or have partly used digital content, or where the value of the goods has significantly diminished through download or streaming.
Refund requests can be made through Apple App Store (reportaproblem.apple.com), Google Play (in-store refund request), or our support (support@turnpoint-labs.com); actual payments and refunds are processed under each store’s policies.
If the Service is not provided properly due to the Company’s fault, we refund the amount for the unused period or extend the usage period accordingly.
6. Changes
We may change plan features, limits, or pricing. Changes apply to future billing periods and will be notified in advance where required by law or store policy.
7. Dispute resolution and governing law
For disputes related to the subscription service, a user may apply for mediation to the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee under Korea’s Framework Act on Consumers, or to the Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuit shall be filed with the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
